In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless context expressly requires otherwise:

Access to and use of the Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at all times during a Member's active registration:

1. Age: You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during which your Account remains active. erek39 operates a strict minimum age policy of 21+, which exceeds the statutory minimum in many jurisdictions as a deliberate measure to protect young adults.
2. Jurisdiction: The Platform is designed and marketed primarily for residents of Indonesia. By registering, you represent that accessing the Platform does not violate any law or regulation applicable in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of erek39 is lawful in your place of residence.
3. Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Registration by persons under any form of legal guardianship, or by persons who have been declared legally incapable, is prohibited.
4. Single Account: Each individual may hold only one active Account. Operating multiple accounts — including through use of different email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being suspended and balances forfeited.
5. Self-Exclusion: Individuals who have voluntarily self-excluded from the Platform through erek39's Responsible Gaming tools are not eligible to register a new Account for the duration of the exclusion period. Circumventing a self-exclusion is prohibited.

To access the full range of erek39 services, you must complete the registration process accurately and in full. The following conditions apply:

1. Accurate Information: You must provide truthful, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile telephone number. Any intentional misrepresentation constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account termination.
2. Account Credentials: You are responsible for selecting a strong password and keeping your login credentials confidential. erek39 will never request your password through any channel. If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must notify our support team immediately via live chat or email.
3. KYC Verification: Prior to processing any withdrawal, you will be required to complete KYC verification. This typically involves submitting a copy of your Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), a recent proof of address, and a selfie photograph. Failure to complete KYC within the required timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.
4. Account Updates: You are obligated to notify erek39 promptly of any changes to your registered personal information, including changes to your email address, phone number, or banking details. Outdated information may result in payment failures for which erek39 bears no liability.
5. Account Closure: You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon verified closure, any remaining Wallet Balance (not subject to outstanding wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payme nt method within 3–5 business days.

All financial transactions on the Platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). erek39 supports the following payment channels for both deposits and withdrawals:

• Bank Transfers: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia)
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja

The following conditions govern all deposit and withdrawal transactions:

1. Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000 per transaction. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to the Wallet Balance and may not be automatically returned without a manual support request.
2. Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000 per transaction. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will be declined.
3. Matching Names: The name on your erek39 Account must exactly match the name registered on the bank account or e-wallet used for deposits and withdrawals. Transactions from third-party accounts are not permitted and will be rejected and returned, less any applicable processing fees.
4. Processing Times: Deposits made via local bank transfer or e-wallet are typically credited within 1–5 minutes during normal operating hours (WIB, UTC+7). Withdrawals are processed within 3 minutes to 24 hours depending on the payment channel and the time of the request. erek39 does not guarantee processing times during periods of network congestion, public holidays, or scheduled maintenance.
5. Deposit Limits: erek39 reserves the right to impose daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on any Account. Members may also voluntarily set personal deposit limits through the Responsible Gaming control panel.
6. Pending KYC: Withdrawal requests submitted before KYC verification is completed will be held in a pending state until verification is approved. erek39 is not liable for any delays arising from a Member's failure to submit required KYC documentation promptly.
7. Suspicious Transactions: erek39 operates anti-money laundering (AML) procedures. Any deposit or withdrawal pattern that triggers an AML alert may result in a temporary account freeze and a request for additional documentation. Cooperation with AML investigations is mandatory for all Members.

erek39 offers promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback, and special event rewards from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time of each promotion:

1. Wagering Requirements: Unless stated otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any associated funds or winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified on the relevant promotion page.
2. Validity Period: Bonus funds and free spin awards expire if not used within the validity period stated at the time of credit. Expired bonus balances are automatically removed from the Account and are not recoverable.
3. One Bonus Per Account: Only one active bonus may be applied to an Account at any given time. Stacking multiple bonuses simultaneously is not permitted unless explicitly authorized in the promotion's specific terms.
4. Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Typically, slot games contribute 100% of each bet placed; live casino table games and sports bets may contribute a lower percentage. Specific contribution rates are listed in each promotion's terms.
5. Maximum Bet Restriction: While a Bonus Balance is active, the maximum permitted bet per round or event is Rp 200.000 unless the applicable promotion states a different limit. Bets exceeding this threshold while a Bonus Balance is active may result in the forfeiture of that bonus and any associated winnings.
6. Abuse of Promotions: erek39 reserves the right to withdraw bonus offers, cancel pending bonus credits, and suspend accounts where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Member is abusing the promotional system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, coordinated betting to exploit offer terms, or exploiting technical errors.
7. Withdrawal Prior to Completion: If you request a withdrawal while a Bonus Balance is active and the wagering requirement has not been met, the full Bonus Balance and any winnings attributable to bonus play will be forfeited prior to processing the withdrawal of the real-money Wallet Balance.

The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity conducted through the erek39 Platform, including sports betting, live casino, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), slot games, and crash games:

1. Acceptance of Bets: All bets are accepted at erek39's discretion. erek39 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet without prior notice, including bets placed on events subject to price errors, technical faults, or irregular market activity.
2. Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits vary by game type, market, and Member account tier. Current limits are displayed within each game or market interface.
3. Void Bets: A bet may be declared void in circumstances including: event cancellation or postponement beyond 48 hours, market suspension at the time the bet was placed, or confirmed technical errors that caused incorrect odds to be displayed.
4. Sports Betting — Result Finality: Official results as published by the relevant governing body (FIFA, AFC, PSSI for Indonesian football, Badminton World Federation for BWF events, etc.) are used for settlement purposes. erek39's settlement decision is final once applied.
5. Live Betting: Live (in-play) bets are subject to brief acceptance delays to prevent exploitation of data latency. erek39 uses commercially reasonable efforts to minimize these delays but does not guarantee real-time acceptance on all live markets.
6. RNG Games: All Random Number Generator (RNG) games offered on the Platform use certified and independently audited algorithms. Published RTP (Return to Player) figures represent theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
7. Togel Markets: Togel results are drawn in accordance with the rules published on the relevant market's draw schedule. Draw results are final and non-disputable once published by the official source referenced by erek39.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the Platform. Breach of any provision in this Clause constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant legal authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, access account data, or interact with the Platform in any unauthorized manner.
• Engaging in collusion with other Members, match-fixing, or any form of coordinated gambling activity designed to guarantee profit at the expense of erek39 or other Members.
• Using the Platform to launder funds derived from any illegal activity. erek39 maintains active AML monitoring and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
• Registering an Account using a false identity, another person's identity, or forged documentation.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or incorrectly displayed odds for profit. Any winnings derived from a confirmed system error may be voided at erek39's sole discretion.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract the source code of any component of the Platform.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or discriminatory communication with erek39 support staff or other Members through any Platform channel.

All content on the erek39 Platform — including but not limited to the erek39 logo, brand name, website design, graphic elements, software architecture, game interfaces, promotional materials, and written content — is the exclusive intellectual property of the Company or is used under license from third-party rights holders.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. This license does not include any right to:

• Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without written authorization from erek39.
• Use the erek39 brand name, logo, or trademarks in any context outside of personal, non-commercial reference.
• Create derivative works based on any Platform content, game mechanics, or software components.

Third-party game content (including titles from Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft) remains the intellectual property of the respective studios and is governed by their individual licensing agreements with erek39.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, erek39 expressly limits its liability as follows:

1. Platform Availability: erek39 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures, and force majeure events may cause temporary service interruptions. erek39 is not liable for losses arising from Platform unavailability.
2. Gambling Outcomes: erek39 is not liable for any financial losses incurred through gambling activity on the Platform. All bets are placed voluntarily, and gambling involves inherent financial risk.
3. Third-Party Payment Failures: erek39 is not responsible for delays or failures in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment service providers, including banks and e-wallet operators.
4. Data Loss: While erek39 employs industry-standard data protection measures, the Company is not liable for data loss resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including cyberattacks directed at third-party infrastructure.
5. Maximum Liability Cap: In any event where erek39 is found liable, the Company's maximum aggregate liability to any individual Member shall not exceed the total deposits made by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in this Clause limits erek39's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

erek39 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Key data practices include:

• All personal data is encrypted in transit using 256-bit SSL/TLS protocols and at rest using industry-standard encryption.
• erek39 does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with payment processors, KYC verification partners, and regulatory bodies where legally required.
• Members may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data by contacting our support team. Deletion requests may be subject to legal data-retention obligations.

Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended provisions, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Clause 3.5.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which erek39 is incorporated and licensed to operate as an international online gaming platform. This does not affect any mandatory consumer protection rights you may hold under the laws of your country of residence.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall first be referred to erek39's customer support team for resolution through good-faith negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of written notice, it shall be referred to arbitration in accordance with the rules of an internationally recognized arbitration body, with proceedings conducted in the English language.

Nothing in this Clause prevents erek39 from seeking emergency injunctive or other equitable relief from a competent court to prevent irreparable harm, including but not limited to unauthorized use of intellectual property or fraudulent exploitation of the Platform.
